Students Grievance  Redressal Committee

The main objective of the Grievance committee is to promote and maintain a conducive and harmonious educational environment among the students. It is constituted for the redressal of the problems reported by the students of the college.

Grievances Redressal Committee meets as and when complaint is received. The Members of the Grievance meet to review the complaints if any and suggest appropriate modes of action. The report of the same is duly submitted monthly. The timeline for solving the same if any, is 7 working days.

Objectives:

• Grievance committee is formed in order to keep healthy working atmosphere among staff, students and parents.

• This committee helps students to record their complaints and solve their problems related to academics, personal grievances freely and frankly without any fear of victimization.

• To keep the dignity of the college high by ensuring the conflict free atmosphere in the college by promoting good student-student relationship and student-teacher relationship.

• Women harassment complaints will be handled as per government guidelines by respective section.

Functions:

• Complaint boxes will install in the college campus  in which the students, who want to remain anonymous can put in writing their grievances and their suggestions.

• The cell will give report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any , which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
